Real Estate Attorney – Transactions & Development (Los Angeles | Remote in CA)
A well-established firm focused on real estate law is seeking an experienced
Real Estate Attorney
to join its Los Angeles-based practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions who enjoys sophisticated deal work and direct client interaction. The position offers the opportunity to handle high-quality matters in a collaborative environment with room to grow your practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate attorney seeking meaningful transactional work with flexibility and long-term growth potential. While the role can be remote, candidates must reside in California and have substantial California real estate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
Advise on real estate investment, development, and related transactional matters
Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements
Represent landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions
Counsel clients on environmental regulations, zoning, and permitting requirements
Manage transactions from inception through closing
Qualifications
Significant experience in commercial real estate transactions
Background in real estate financing, investment, leasing, and purchase/sale agreements
Experience with development matters strongly preferred Benefits
