Our client is a well‑established private equity firm focused on investing in middle‑market businesses. The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Industrials investment team, playing an integral role across the full investment lifecycle for platform investments and add‑on acquisitions.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and execute new platform investments within the Industrials sector
Support identification, diligence, and execution of add‑on acquisitions
Build and refine investment theses, financial models, and valuation analyses
Manage key diligence workstreams and coordinate with external advisors
Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant experience in private equity and/or investment banking
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and capital structure expertise
Excellent understanding of financial statements and transaction mechanics
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
