Overview Senior Campaign Account Support Specialist – Level 5: Strategic partner responsible for leading DM, DTP, DTR programs, coaching account managers, and managing major initiatives across Print & Logistics and HCP Service Initiatives. Supports new launches, relationship marketing, and complex fulfillment operations.

Core Responsibilities

Serve as contracting lead for account managers and DM/DTP/DTR programs.

Primary POC for Print & Logistics Associate Director.

Provide team coaching, goal setting, and leadership coverage.

Manage HCP programs, RM and adherence initiatives, and operational workstreams.

Oversee vendors, compliance, quality assurance, and inventory management.

Develop operational metrics and implement improvements.

Manage MRC, warehouse systems, shipments, NSM materials, and escalations.

Participate in QBRs, site visits, and business rule development.

Review vendor SOWs for cost savings; support compliance systems updates.

Education & Experience

BA/BS or equivalent

15+ years fulfillment & project implementation experience

Prior team leadership required

Skills
