We are seeking a high-capacity, elite-level Executive Assistant to support the #1 Century 21 Agent in Massachusetts. This is not a standard 9-to-5 administrative role; this is a fast-paced, high-stakes position designed for a sharp, proactive professional who thrives in an environment of excellence and rapid execution.

The Role You will serve as the strategic right hand to a high-velocity top producer. This position requires a professional who excels in a direct, efficiency-focused communication environment and can pivot at a moment’s notice without the need for manual oversight.

Preferred Start Date ASAP

Schedule Full‑Time. Local candidates only—this role requires significant "boots on the ground" activity.

Compensation Competitive salary based on experience; lucrative opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Listing Coordination : From contract to "live"—coordinate photography, receive assets, build MLS listings for approval, and manage the rollout of high-profile properties.

Operational Execution : Attend and oversee walk‑throughs, photography sessions, smoke/CO inspections, and home inspections.

Event Management : Schedule and execute Broker Opens and Open Houses, including high‑end catering coordination for luxury listings.

Executive Support : Manage a complex, ever‑changing calendar and high‑volume email inbox with extreme attention to detail.

Field Support : If licensed/qualified, provide support for showings and open house opportunities.

Personal Assistance : Handle essential personal admin tasks, including managing parking logistics/tickets, errands, and other activities required to keep the agent’s focus on production.

Client Advocacy

Act as a professional liaison between the agent, clients, and vendors, ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint.

Preferred Qualifications

An Anticipatory Mindset : Ability to assess a situation and execute immediately with total accuracy and minimal briefing.

Experience : Previous experience in executive‑level assistance or high‑end real estate operations is strongly preferred.

Tech Savvy : Proficiency in MLS, Dotloop/DocuSign, and high‑level calendar management.

Communication : Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, direct‑feedback culture.

Proactive Nature: Y ou are a self‑starter who finds solutions before they become problems.

Logistics : Reliable transportation is a must, as the role requires frequent travel to listings throughout Greater Boston.
