What You Will Be Doing
Develop strategic digital marketing plans for new & existing clients that align with their business goals.
Build and launch Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads for clients.
Create effective local, regional, and national Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns for clients.
Use Facebook Ads platform to develop effective Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns for clients.
Research and create strategic keyword lists and ideas for PPC and SEO campaigns.
Work closely with a diverse set of small businesses owners from a variety of different industries.
Monitor ongoing campaign performance and execute key campaign optimizations daily.
Perform routine competitive research and analysis to inform client of any changes in current market environment.
Create A/B testing opportunities from a multitude of variables to increase efficiency of client's campaigns and generate better results.
Confidently present campaign reports to clients on a routine basis.
Recommend landing page and website optimizations to client based on performance and findings of campaigns.
Develop and test new strategies designed to increase lead volume, conversion rates, and lower cost-per-clicks across all of your clients.
Use tools such as Google Analytics to find patterns and new campaign opportunities for client growth.
Consult with client on a regular basis about digital marketing strategies.
Stay up to date with current digital marketing industry trends, market conditions, and best practices.
What You Bring
Well-versed in search engine marketing, including Google Ads management
Google certified in Ads, Analytics, Display and/or Shopping is required
Strong ability to multi-task
Experience and knowledge of Google’s services, including Google Analytics, Google Ads Keyword Planner, and Search Console
Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong writing ability with emphasis on creative marketing copy
Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, billing, and campaign pacing
Recognize problems, identify causes and present solutions to issues that may arise
Excellent writing skills
Exhibits solid communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
EVEN BETTER!
Experience working with WordPress
Understanding of .htaccess, robots.txt, XML Sitemaps, site speed optimization, and other technical aspects of SEO
A solid understanding of search strategies, website mobile optimization, and other digital marketing industry trends
