dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Office Manager

to elevate our brand, drive new business opportunities, and ensure smooth office operations. The Opportunity

This role is a blend of

strategic marketing execution

and

operational support , helping Bright Balance maintain a professional presence in the market while also ensuring office efficiency. The ideal candidate is both a creative marketer and a detail-oriented organizer who thrives in a fast-paced, growing firm. You will work closely with

Sales, Fractional Marketing Services, Bright Balance Marketing Team, and our Management team

to execute marketing initiatives and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Outbound Sales

Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that increases visibility and drives inbound leads. Build and manage targeted account marketing campaigns for high-value prospects. Develop and maintain sales collateral development (presentations, one-pagers, case studies). Coordinate with the Media Company to develop and distribute video content. Evaluate SEO performance and adjust content strategy to improve rankings working with third party SEO vendor. Measure the ROI of advertising spend, making data-driven optimizations. Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns leveraging social media and outbound outreach to generate client or referral partner introduction calls for CEO, VP of Sales, or CFO Advisors. Market and build strategy for the acquisition of bookkeeping clients for small business offering. Create content and execute strategies, working alongside the existing team, for each platform: LinkedIn

– Thought leadership, industry insights, and professional engagement. Facebook

– Start this platform - Community building, client success stories, and event promotion. Instagram

– Start this platform and make it your own - Visual storytelling, behind-the-scenes content, and culture highlights. YouTube

- Assist in posting here in both short and long format. Thought leadership, industry insights and professional engagement. Manage content creation, scheduling, and engagement to increase brand reach. Events & Industry Engagement

Track the relationships with professional organizations and industry groups that our organization maintains (typically CFOs involvement in various organizations that can generate leads). Identify and track / plan, and support industry conferences, sponsorships, and networking events. Help remind the team to prepare in advance and get the most out of the event. Website & Digital Presence

Support the maintenance and updating of website collateral, helping ensure it reflects Bright Balance’s services and expertise. Work alongside the Marketing Team and developers to contribute to user-experience improvements. Office Management (Part-Time Duties)

Ensure office operations run smoothly, handling basic administrative tasks. Support internal team coordination and company events. Act as a liaison for vendors, office supplies, and operational logistics. Who You’ll Work With

– Coordinate and execute specific marketing and sales needs. Qualifications & Experience

3+ years in

marketing, social media, or digital strategy , preferably in professional services. Strong experience with

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram ,

YouTube

and platform-specific strategies. Proficiency in

HubSpot (or similar CRM), SEO tools, and advertising platforms . Experience with

event coordination and industry partnerships . Ability to manage
