Collaborate with clients, architects, and design teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates. Manage multiple estimates and coordinate with internal teams to maintain schedule and quality. Qualifications
5+ years of ground-up commercial construction estimating experience Degree in Construction Management (preferred but not required) Proven ability to manage estimates, cost negotiations, and margin projections Strong multitasking skills — handle multiple estimates simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration with clients, architects, and design teams Compensation & Benefits
