The Role We are seeking a highly capable, commercially minded Executive Assistant to support C-level leadership. This is not a traditional EA role, it requires someone who operates as a true right hand, combining exceptional organizational skills with operational awareness and strategic support.
You will act as a key gatekeeper to the CEO, ensuring priorities are managed effectively while driving efficiency across the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Complex calendar and inbox management across multiple time zones
Acting as gatekeeper to the CEO, managing internal and external stakeholders
Preparing high-quality documents, presentations, and reports
Coordinating and planning executive meetings, board sessions, and off-sites
Supporting operational initiatives and cross-functional projects
Driving process improvements and leveraging AI/tools to enhance productivity
Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of executive workflows
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment
Background in manufacturing or advanced/industrial environments (essential)
Experience beyond traditional EA duties, exposure to operations or business support functions
Strong tenure and longevity in previous roles
Highly tech-savvy, with experience leveraging modern tools and AI to improve efficiency
Experience within large or well-known organisations
Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate with discretion, autonomy, and sound judgement
