NexMetro Communities is looking for an
Asset Manager
to oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of
stabilized + lease-up residential assets . You’ll serve as the primary owner representative, partner closely with third-party property management teams, and help execute business plans to maximize asset value and deliver strong investor returns.
What you’ll do: Drive NOI and portfolio performance Lead monthly financial reviews + forecasting Support lease-up strategy and operations Monitor capital / financing strategy Provide market insights and strategic recommendations
What we’re looking for: 5+ years real estate experience (2+ in asset management)
