Partners with senior leadership to shape and execute global HR strategies, workforce planning, and long‑term organizational development Oversees global HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, analytics, and compliance—while defining governance, processes, and system priorities Manages the HR operating budget, vendor relationships, and cost‑optimization initiatives to support scalable, efficient HR service delivery Leads process improvements, technology upgrades, automation, and AI‑driven capabilities to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency Ensures global policy compliance, maintains accurate SOPs and process maps, and uses data‑driven insights to improve HR outcomes Collaborates cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal, and IT while staying current on global HR trends, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications

5–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, supported by a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and deep expertise in global HR operations, compliance, and HRIS systems. Finance/Investor relations industry experience a must. Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, and drive actionable, cost‑effective solutions.
