Magic EdTech is seeking a senior, client-facing consultant to act as an
embedded strategic partner
for a key enterprise client. In this role, you will operate as the bridge between client leadership and Magic EdTech’s global delivery teams, ensuring strong governance, delivery excellence, and long-term account growth.
This is
not a traditional delivery role . You will focus on
strategy, program governance, stakeholder alignment, and solution shaping , while serving as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders.
Key Responsibilities Embedded Program Governance
Own oversight of multiple consulting-led programs across content, curriculum, and assessments
Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and delivery standards
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to scope, resourcing, quality, and timelines
Align client intent with execution across onshore and offshore teams
Strategic Client Partnership
Build strong advisory relationships with client product, content, and learning leadership
Consult on pedagogical, accessibility, and AI-driven solutions
Participate in client planning and roadmap discussions (1–3 year horizon)
Account Growth & Solution Shaping
Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within the account
Partner with Sales/Client Relationship Managers on solution validation and scoping
Lead technical and pedagogical inputs for SOWs and proposals
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews using data and outcomes
Support change management and vendor integration on the client side
Act as a subject expert on Magic’s AI and digital learning capabilities
Core Skills & Experience Required
8+ years
in EdTech, Publishing, Professional Learning, or Workforce Education
Strong background in client-facing consulting, account management, or customer success
Experience governing complex, multi-stream programs (Agile/Waterfall)
Proven ability to translate ambiguous client needs into structured solutions
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with high-stakes assessment, licensure, certification, or workforce learning preferred
