Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker based in Cherry Hill, NJ. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, and managing commercial real estate properties. The broker will handle property marketing, communicate with clients to understand their needs, negotiate deals, and provide expert guidance through transactions. Additionally, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and trends is an important aspect of the role.
Qualifications
Comprehensive understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and commercial transactions
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in marketing and sales, including property listing and promotion strategies
Proficiency in contracts, leases, and legal aspects related to real estate
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle client demands and deadlines effectively
Active real estate broker license in the state of New Jersey
Familiarity with the Cherry Hill, NJ area and its commercial real estate landscape is a plus
Proficiency with real estate software and tools
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
