
Data Center Director

The Director of Data Infrastructure Market is responsible for defining and executing the company’s global strategy across datacenter and high-performance computing segments. This role owns market development, revenue expansion, and ecosystem alignment across key customer groups including hyperscalers, platform providers, and system OEMs.
Acting as a bridge between end-market requirements and internal development teams, this individual will shape how system-level power and infrastructure challenges are addressed through a combination of product innovation, application insight, and strategic customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth strategy and market expansion within datacenter and AI compute infrastructure segments
Develop deep engagement with key customers to understand evolving system architectures and long‑term technology roadmaps
Translate system and platform requirements into clear product and solution-level direction for internal teams
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to guide prioritization and alignment with market needs
Enable Sales and Applications teams through targeted customer engagement and technical positioning
Monitor industry shifts in power delivery, energy efficiency, and infrastructure scalability
Lead development of application-focused messaging, collateral, and competitive positioning
Coordinate execution across global teams to ensure consistency from concept through deployment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in semiconductors, power electronics, or infrastructure systems
Strong understanding of system-level design considerations in high-performance computing or datacenter environments
Experience interfacing directly with customers on technical and product-related topics
Proven ability to operate across cross‑functional and global teams
Willingness to travel internationally (~30%)
Preferred Experience
Exposure to power conversion, analog, or mixed-signal technologies
Familiarity with large-scale compute or cloud infrastructure ecosystems
Experience contributing to product definition or platform-level solution development
