Overview The Senior Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams — gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to drive the development of effective, efficient solutions. This role ensures that technology aligns with business goals and contributes to organizational success.

Responsibilities Act as liaison between business users and technical teams throughout analysis and design Document, track, and manage functional and data requirements with minimal supervision Identify opportunities to improve business processes through information systems Plan, organize, and facilitate requirement walkthroughs with business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and sign-off Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers as needed Partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, and business/data analysts to drive issue resolution and move projects through the full SDLC

Qualifications 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience Oracle HCM and Payroll experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with a fact-driven approach — digs for answers rather than relying on assumptions Assertive and capable of facilitating requirements discussions independently Ability to manage requirements across a complex platform, keeping focus on what end users need to do their jobs effectively Technical knowledge required (system behavior, integrations, dependencies, data) Finance or Banking domain expertise preferred Flexible, highly adaptable, and a strong team player Comfortable working in a distributed, global team environment across multiple time zones Committed to delivering quality work on time with minimal oversight
