
GTM Manager (Ebike)

The Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for driving retail excellence across our dealer network. This role bridges brand strategy and in-store execution, ensuring our merchandising, promotions, events, and dealer programs translate into measurable sales growth and stronger dealer relationships. This individual is both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on executor, someone who works as hard as they plan and turns ideas into action in the field.
Key Responsibilities: In-Store Merchandising & Retail Programs:
Own and manage the in-store merchandising program across the dealer network, ensuring brand standards and impactful product presentation.
Develop tools, assets, and programs that elevate the retail experience and drive sell‑through.
Continuously evaluate merchandising effectiveness and implement improvements.
Dealer Relationships & Collaboration:
Build strong, collaborative relationships with dealers to improve retail performance and partnership.
Identify gaps in dealer support and proactively develop and implement solutions.
Partner closely with the Sales Team and Dealer Digital Marketing Manager to ensure holistic dealer support across physical retail, events, and digital channels.
Sales Sprinter Van Program:
Manage and administer the Sales Sprinter Van Program, including scheduling, logistics, inventory, branding, insurance, documentation, and usage tracking.
Ensure the program supports dealer sell‑in, demos, and regional activations effectively.
Events & Field Support
Support dealer events to drive local engagement, product education, and sales.
Partner with Sales and dealers to support regional events and ride experiences.
Provide on‑ground execution to ensure events are organized, impactful, and aligned with brand standards.
Cross‑Functional Execution
Work closely with GTM, Marketing, and Sales to align retail promotions, launches, and sell‑in strategies.
Translate brand and campaign strategy into actionable retail initiatives.
Track program effectiveness and provide feedback to the eBike Brand Manager and cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
3–6+ years of experience in retail marketing, field marketing, channel marketing, or dealer‑focused roles (powersports, cycling, outdoor, or related industries preferred).
Proven experience working with dealer networks or retail partners.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Comfortable working both strategically and tactically, this is not a desk‑only role.
Ability to travel regularly to support dealers and events.
Self‑starter with high accountability and strong follow‑through.
