Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management; 7 years preferred.
Proven expertise in utilization review and discharge planning.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing interdisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to analyze data and implement improvement strategies.
