
Vice President, Investor Relations

Update and maintain investor databases, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Understand and assess investor sentiment and implement programs to raise awareness and address issues.
Facilitate the expansion of relationships with a variety of investors and potentials (high net worth individuals, family offices, RIAs and institutional investors).
Communications & Reporting
Prepare and distribute regular reports, portfolio updates and market research to investors. Draft responses to questionnaires, data requests, RFPs and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) received from investors and consultants. Organize investor meetings, and other events to foster engagement. Communicate the firm’s strategy and new transaction activity to stakeholders. Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and investment performance benchmarks to inform investor communications and strategy. Maintain pulse on platform activities to articulate key developments for LPs. Support fundraising activities, including crafting presentation materials and financial analysis for investor outreach. Execute strategic initiatives to scale fund and investment reporting for limited partner (LP) data requests. Coordinate co‑investment syndications and assist with fundraising Qualifications
Experience:
5-8 years in private equity or private credit investor relations or fundraising roles working for an investment firm, placement agent, consulting firm, or institutional investor. Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of private equity markets and investment strategies; extensive work with presentation tools. Experience implementing a CRM platform for IRAs is a strong plus. Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Project Management:
Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
