A Global Fund is seeking to add an investment professional to its Capital Solutions team. The strategy focuses on providing flexible capital across junior capital, structured equity, and select control or non-control equity investments, partnering with companies and sponsors across a range of sectors including financial services, business and technology services, and infrastructure.
The team invests across complex situations where tailored capital structures and fundamental underwriting drive attractive risk‑adjusted outcomes. The role offers exposure to the full investment process, including evaluation, execution, and ongoing portfolio management.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across structured equity, junior capital, and private equity transactions
Lead and support diligence efforts alongside management teams, sponsors, advisors, and internal stakeholders
Develop detailed financial analysis and modelling, including performance and KPI analysis
Prepare investment materials and support investment committee discussions
Formulate investment views through fundamental analysis and data‑driven research
Assist with execution and ongoing monitoring of portfolio investments
Candidate Profile
1–4 years of experience in investment banking, Private Credit
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
Experience analyzing corporate transactions and capital structures preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
