
VP of Applications & Cybersecurity

A rapidly growing, multi site organization is expanding its technology leadership team and hiring a VP, Applications & Cybersecurity. This newly created executive role will define and lead the strategy for enterprise applications, data platforms, analytics, and cybersecurity governance while supporting modernization and scale across distributed operations.
You’ll be the CIO’s operational right hand - owning enterprise applications strategy, standing up a contemporary data environment, and elevating cybersecurity readiness, while partnering closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and field leadership.
Must Haves
ERP transformation experience (Finance and / or HRIS systems; system selection, implementation, vendor management)
Data platform / analytics leadership (data lake / warehouse, governance, BI strategy
Enterprise applications ownership (tool evaluation, integration standards, lifecycle governance)
Cybersecurity governance / GRC exposure (Microsoft / Azure / Defender)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise application portfolio, including modernization, lifecycle management, and platform standardization
Oversee data architecture, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics maturity
Executive owner for cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
Drive technology integration efforts for M&A, including system consolidation and data harmonization
Partner with leaders across operations, finance, HR, supply chain, and corporate functions to align technology with business needs
Lead and develop cross functional teams across applications, data engineering, BI, security, and administration
Cloud strategy and modernization initiatives aligned with organizational growth
Key Qualifications
10+ years in enterprise applications, data platforms, software, or analytics
5+ years of IT leadership managing multi discipline teams
Strong background in data architecture, BI, governance, and analytics tooling
Hands on leadership experience in cybersecurity GRC
Experience supporting multi location or distributed operational environmentsAzure, Power BI, and modern cloud / data ecosystems
Background in tech consolidation and modernization within growing / transforming orgs
