Full‑Time, Monday – Friday, 12 mo/yr

Pay:
$85,000 to $112,000 depending on qualifications and per the non‑affiliated handbook

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in curriculum, assessment and instruction; education; educational measurement; statistics; data science; program evaluation or related fields
Experience with assessment, data analysis, and educational technology in the K‑12 setting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of and familiarity with K‑12 Student Informational Systems (Edupoint Synergy)
Administrative license
Responsibilities Assessment Administration & Compliance
Coordinate the administration of selected national, state, and district standardized assessments and surveys.
Oversee the development and communication of district testing calendars and respond to inquiries related to testing accommodations and test security procedures.
Review accountability data submissions and verify accuracy; identify discrepancies and submit corrections to appropriate agencies.
Stay informed of changes in state and national assessment programs and communicate relevant updates to district staff.
Data Systems & Assessment Infrastructure
Support the maintenance and integrity of the district's longitudinal database of local, state, and national standardized assessment results.
Assist with the organization and analysis of student data related to proportionality and other equity indicators.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Support the development of reports and data summaries based on standardized assessment results for district and campus administrators.
Assist the Director in designing data collection, analysis, evaluation, and presentation for special initiatives, program evaluations, and studies (e.g., discipline, school climate, educational effectiveness).
Training & Support
Collaborate with principals and teacher leaders to support effective interpretation and use of student assessment data.
Coordinate, schedule, and provide training for guest proctors on assessment administration procedures.
Operational Support
Monitor assessment‑related vendor contracts and communicate relevant issues to the Director.
Assist with state and federal assessment reporting requirements as directed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
