The work The SAP Procure to Pay Functional Consultant will support a multi‑year initiative to consolidate four SAP ECC systems into a unified SAP S/4HANA platform.

The role focuses on migrating procure‑to‑pay capabilities, gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, and configuring SAP modules.

The consultant will collaborate across functional, technical, and project teams to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery throughout the program.

Key responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements; design SAP P2P solutions to meet functional needs

Configure SAP procurement and related modules to support business processes

Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional and technical designs

Develop test strategies and support execution of complex testing cycles

Perform business process design, documentation, and system analysis

Coordinate efforts across architects, developers, technical services, and business analysts

Support enhancements, interfaces, and module improvements

Contribute to budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning

Here’s what you need

2+ years of SAP functional experience

Experience with SAP Procure to Pay processes and related modules (MM, FICO, SD, EWM)

Ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs

Understanding of module integration points and cross‑functional processes

Experience designing or supporting complex testing efforts

Nice to have

Experience with SAP S/4HANA procurement processes

Familiarity with SNP CrystalBridge or similar migration tools

Experience supporting SAP consolidation or transformation projects

Experience leading teams or supporting project planning efforts

Eligibility requirements

U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)

Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance

Compensation Base pay range for this position in the following locations is $70,500 – $176,200 USD: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
