Senior SAP HCM Consultant
who would like to play an active role in complex HR transformation projects and support customers across a broad SAP HCM landscape. You would be joining an internationally established SAP consultancy with a broad service portfolio covering
SAP S/4HANA, ERP, Payroll, Core HR, SuccessFactors, ALM, managed services, transformation, cloud, security and custom development . Exciting transformation projects across the SAP HCM landscape, including HR carve out, transformation and merger scenarios The opportunity to work closely with customers on the analysis, design and delivery of tailored HR solutions Exposure to technical pre sales activities and direct customer interaction in a consultative environment A senior level role with strong variety across conceptual advisory work, feasibility assessments and project delivery An environment in which you can take on responsibility quickly and make a visible impact on projects and team development Individual professional and personal development with clear development plans and the opportunity to gain SAP certifications A company culture built around quality, collaboration and the principle of support and challenge Flexible working hours and locations to support a strong work life balance Attractive additional benefits such as a company car, subsidies, JobRad and regular team events A salary of up to €115,000 per year, depending on experience Your responsibilities
Support customers in SAP HCM transformation projects, including carve out, merger and broader HR landscape change initiatives Deliver conceptual consulting based on customer requirements and business needs Conduct feasibility assessments, including preparation, delivery and follow up Support the sales process from a technical perspective in direct contact with customers Present the wider SAP add on and solution portfolio in customer facing settings Contribute to implementation and transformation activities across SAP HCM environments Take ownership of workstreams and support the further development of customer solutions and project delivery approaches Your profile
Several years of project experience in SAP HCM consulting or SAP HCM development Strong knowledge of core SAP HCM areas such as PA, PY, PT and OM Experience in SAP implementations and broader HR project environments is desirable Previous exposure to HCM or HR transformation projects, including SLO related topics, is an advantage ABAP development experience is beneficial Very good German and English language skills Strong communication skills, a customer focused approach and willingness to travel across the DACH region If you are interested in this opportunity, please get in touch directly: Alex Chapleo Alex.Chapleo@ignitesap.com +49 (0)211 5469 22062
