Description:
SuccessFactors HCM SME to lend specific subject matter knowledge around SAP and SuccessFactors Technology.
Configure and test SuccessFactors for new SAP company codes, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR processes.
Manage the migration of employee data to new company codes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements in the SuccessFactors system.
Provide training and support to HR personnel on SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices, promoting effective use of the system.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in configuring and testing SuccessFactors HCM, particularly in relation to new SAP company codes.
Strong understanding of employee data migration processes and best practices within the SuccessFactors environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Strong communication skills, with experience in training and supporting end-users in HR technology solutions.
