Oracle HCM Consultant needs 6+ years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle HCM Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical aspects Strong experience in integration and HCM Extracts Knowledge of EBS HRMS is a plus Proficient in outbound integrations, BI Reports, and HDL Capable of requirement gathering and mapping with the Cloud product Experience in end-to-end implementation projects as a technical/techno-functional resource Strong SQL skills with a deep understanding of HCM tables Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, and Rest API Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text templates Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in creating technical design documentation, SIT/UAT test scripts, and supporting user acceptance testing and post-Go-Live activities
