Engagement Scope:

Exposure to functional areas like Core HR, Absence Mgmt and Benefits

Data Migration & Integration - HCM Extracts, HDL

Developing Payroll Interface, OTBI Reporting & Fast Formulas

Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture

Previous experience of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in R8/R9/R10 (1-2 years)

Strong Analytical and Communication skills

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Preferred:-

At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) / Cloud Modules implementation / integration

At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process

Qualifications Basic Qualification:-

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with IT / Oracle
