Senior ServiceNow ITSM Consultant – Future AI Leader for the Nordics

What You’ll Do
Drive AI adoption and strategy for leading Nordic organizations
Translate business needs into impactful AI use cases
Develop AI roadmaps for ITSM and expand into HR, Finance, and CSM
Become a Nordic AI ambassador for Plat4mation and ServiceNow
Coach customers on Now Assist and ServiceNow’s intelligent capabilities
ServiceNow ITSM Advisory & Delivery
Lead ITSM assessments, process designs, and transformation roadmaps
Advise senior IT and business leaders with an outcome-first mindset
Optimize ITSM implementations with ITIL-aligned processes and KPIs
Facilitate workshops that translate needs into functional designs
Collaborate with global architects, consultants, and our AI excellence team
Growth & Market Impact
Shape Plat4mation’s Nordic presence as one of our early joiners
Help build a scalable, high-performing regional capability
Work with a growing customer portfolio across industries
Contribute to pre-sales, thought leadership, and community engagement
What You Bring
5+ years in ITSM consulting or service management
Solid knowledge of ITIL (v3 or v4)
Hands‑on understanding of ServiceNow ITSM
Ability to translate business challenges into functional solutions
Curiosity and ambition to become an AI leader—fast
Customer‑focused mindset with an obsession for real outcomes
Fluency in a Nordic language + excellent English
Bonus: CMDB/CSDM, IT4IT, SIAM, process mining, CSA/CIS‑ITSM, Scrum
AI expertise is not required — we will train you.
