Senior Estimator

We’re partnered with a leading General Contractor delivering high-end ground-up residential projects across New Jersey and the wider Tri-State area. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to take ownership of preconstruction and pricing across a strong pipeline of new developments. The Role Lead full-cycle estimating for ground-up residential projects Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages Work closely with project management, ownership, and subcontractors Analyze drawings, specs, and scope gaps Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives What They’re Looking For 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor Strong experience on ground-up residential construction Proven ability to handle projects from concept through GMP Solid understanding of the New Jersey / Tri-State construction market and subcontractor base Proficiency with estimating software and takeoffs Bonus and strong benefits package Strong pipeline of residential projects across the region Opportunity to work on high-quality ground-up builds Location New Jersey (office-based with project interaction) If you’re an Estimator looking to step into a high-impact role with a reputable GC, apply directly or message me for a confidential discussion.
