Responsibilities
Inspect the property damage (onsite) including fire, water, wind, hail, and other construction-related damages.
Prepare an estimate for the job.
Negotiate with the insurance company.
Sell the job to the property owner.
Estimate and sell reconstruction jobs for properties damaged by fire or water for both residential and commercial properties.
Qualifications
Experience in estimating all types of jobs and knowledge of industry estimating software.
Experience in the restoration industry is a plus.
Proficiency with computer estimating software, computer skills, and construction knowledge is required.
Additional experience in the industry is a plus.
