Sales Representative (Division 10 – Commercial Construction) San Antonio, TX (Onsite) - north of Downtown

Full‑Time | Long‑Term Opportunity

Compensation & Schedule Base Salary: $70K–$80K Total Comp: $150K+ (Year 1 OTE with commission & bonuses) Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k) Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role Our client, a stable and growing Division 10 contractor in the commercial construction space, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their San Antonio team. This role is highly relationship‑driven, focused on managing inbound business, supporting long‑term customers, and building product expertise.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain relationships with existing and new commercial customers

Manage inbound orders and process purchase orders (POs)

Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide pricing and product details

Send price sheets (Excel) and quotes to customers

Use QuickBooks and internal systems to manage transactions

Help identify and coordinate with contractors/installers for projects

Develop strong knowledge of Division 10 products (e.g., restroom accessories, hand dryers, etc.)

Support warehouse operations to gain hands‑on product understanding

Conduct occasional outbound outreach (minimal cold calling ~2%)

Deliver fast, high‑quality customer service

Complete a structured 6‑month onboarding period to learn product catalog, pricing (100+ price lists), customer base, and internal processes

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of sales experience in a Division 10 company

Division 10 or related commercial construction experience is REQUIRED

Experience with QuickBooks and ExcelStrong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, order‑driven environment

Hands‑on mindset with willingness to learn products in the warehouse
