What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio ranging from small to complex relationships
Analyze financials to assess creditworthiness, cash flow, and risk exposure
Structure and negotiate loan terms, including pricing, repayment, and collateral
Monitor loan performance and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Identify risk and proactively manage portfolio health
Prepare and present loan recommendations, modifications, and portfolio updates to Executive Loan Committee
Partner with prospects and existing clients to drive new business and deepen relationships
Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver an exceptional client experience
What You Bring
5–7 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or credit risk management
Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, cash flow, and tax return review
Deep understanding of lending regulations and compliance standards
Ability to assess risk and make sound, data‑driven decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
