What You’ll Be Doing
Managing candidate processes end-to-end on
existing, high-quality client accounts
Qualifying candidates to a high level
— assessing technical ability, motivations, cultural fit, and alignment with client needs
Running detailed screening calls and building strong candidate relationships
End-to-End, 360 Candidate, Client & Business Development responsibilities
Writing targeted, high-quality marketing campaigns
Learning business development from a mentor who can teach you how to
grow accounts and influence the market
Developing long-term networks that accelerate your career
This is
quality-first recruitment,
you’ll learn to do it properly, not just send CVs.
Minimum 1–2 years agency recruitment experience
Ambitious, competitive, and hard-working
Strong phone and written communication skills
Proven ability to qualify candidates and build real relationshipsSomeone who wants to learn and work hard
Technical, engineering, or construction experience is a bonus - attitude matters most
