Associate Recruitment Consultant – InterEx Group – Miami, FL
Base pay: $50,000/yr (uncapped commission). Full-time. Associate level.

About the Role You’ll start in an in‑house training program to become a great recruiter, learning to qualify candidates, business development, network with high‑level executives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and your network to find top talent within the IT industry.
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates that last.
Reach out to hiring managers directly via cold calling, emailing, networking.
Grow your skills through comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.
Reach (and exceed) weekly and monthly objectives tied to connecting with clients and placing candidates.
What We Are Looking For
Ambitious, target‑driven mindset.
Great communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
Eagerness to learn and confidence to push outside comfort zone.
Resilient and adaptable in fast‑moving environment.
Recent or soon‑to‑be graduates class of 2024‑2025 ready to hit ground running.
Collaborative spirit and real drive to grow and succeed.
