The Opportunity
We are looking for Recruitment Consultant (360 recruiters) to join InterEx Group in Miami and establish themselves within a specialist vertical. This is a sale position looking after end-to-end recruitment role where you will be given full training in the role & have uncapped earning potential. You will be given technology and region to work where you will be developing your own client relationships and pipeline. What You Will Be Doing
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement through to candidate placement Collaboratively working across our sales team to provide the best service to our clients and candidates Identifying and qualifying contract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients across your specialist market Developing into a true market expert, building a strong network of both candidates and clients Hitting targets, growing revenue, and celebrating success as part of a high-performing team What We Are Looking For
Experience as a 180 or 360 recruiter, ideally within tech, transformation, or agency recruitment Evidence of billing success or strong KPI performance Strong business development skills and a commercial mindset A drive to build, grow, and take ownership of your own desk Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining quality Why InterEx Group?
