What You Will Be Doing
Winning new clients through proactive outreach and relationship building
Managing existing accounts and delivering contract recruitment solutions
Sourcing and qualifying contract candidates across specialist technology markets
Consistently working towards targets and growing a successful contract desk
What We Are Looking For
Recruitment experience with a sales or 360 background preferred
Evidence of billing success and KPI delivery
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
A driven attitude and desire to build a long-term career
