The Opportunity A leading global investment platform with a well-established credit business is looking to add an
Associate to its Real Estate Asset Management team . The group manages a sizable portfolio of commercial real estate credit investments across the U.S. and works closely with investment, underwriting, and capital markets teams to actively monitor and manage these positions.
This role offers a strong opportunity for a junior professional to gain
hands‑on exposure to the commercial real estate credit lifecycle , including portfolio monitoring, financial analysis, borrower interaction, and investor reporting. The Associate will work closely with senior professionals and gain visibility across multiple areas of the investment platform.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor operating and financial performance of underlying real estate assets and loan investments
Review property financials, budgets, and business plans to evaluate performance trends
Maintain financial models and perform cash flow and return analysis
Assist with preparation of investor reporting and internal portfolio updates
Support loan administration processes, including funding requests, construction draws, and reserve tracking
Compile and analyze portfolio data used in investment reviews and internal reporting
Coordinate with borrowers, servicers, and internal teams to support portfolio oversight
Work cross‑functionally with investment, underwriting, finance, and legal teams
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in
commercial real estate, real estate finance, lending, underwriting, or asset management
Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field
Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and debt capital structures
Experience with financial modeling and cash flow analysis
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced investment environment
