Responsibilities
Ownership of the publishing component of social media management with high-volume posting across all social platforms.
Including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.
Platform feature proficiency across all social platforms: best‑in‑class implementation of safe aspect ratios, supers, music, typefaces, colors, drawing, and other customization features, partnership collaboration and full understanding of back‑end post‑level settings on all platforms.
Uploading, formatting, scheduling, QAing for quality assurance, and publishing content accurately and on time to social media platforms beyond just feed posts (e.g., inclusive of stories, live, threads, broadcast channels, etc.).
The publisher will utilize a combination of social management tools (such as Sprinklr) and native platforms.
Working in collaboration with project management, social media marketing and creative, adhere to a strict editorial calendar for paid, owned, and earned initiatives, meeting media deadlines for trafficking.
Ensuring content is social‑ready: optimization, adding metadata (titles, descriptions, tags), linking, ensuring appropriate thumbs and other platform‑specific details.
Be up to date on top searched keywords/queries for your brands.
Ensure content is tagged according to each team/brand’s established taxonomy and creative diagnostics.
Last line of defense to help protect against client‑specific and content‑specific usage rights, rights management, trending commercial‑free sounds and compliance parameters such as cross‑platform audio, AI generation and disclosure as applicable to posting and removing content.
Coordinating with social marketing managers and/or strategists on real‑time reactive posting opportunities.
Style & Skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Working knowledge of SEO/AEO/Social Search
Expert on social platforms, especially publishing features, and remain up‑to‑date on all platform features
Strong writing & grammar
Experience with content planning/publishing tools
Basic UX (user experience) understanding
A/B testing experience with execution (e.g., trial reels)
Ability to provide basic per‑post insights using the platforms or a third‑party tool
Experience with social media performance metrics and reporting
Reporting Structure
Reports to a Social Marketing & Strategy Strategist on the given client.

Compensation Annual salary range: $66,300 – $75,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
