
Superintendent - Deep Foundation/Earth Retention

G&E are working with a Top 10 ENR Contractor to secure a skilled field leader.

In this role, you will oversee geotechnical and deep foundation field operations ensuring productivity, schedule adherence, quality, and safety expectations are consistently met. You will have responsibility for managing field teams and self-perform scopes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary field lead for deep foundation operations on assigned projects
Lead execution planning, kick-off meetings, and maintain detailed production schedules
Familiar with a variety of deep foundation techniques including soldier piles, micropiles, drilled shafts, and augercast piles. Earth retention experience preferred
Oversee field crews, subcontractors, equipment utilization, and daily production tracking
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control plans, and geotechnical specifications
Support project close-out, as-builts, and documentation

Qualifications:
3+ years direct experience leading
geotechnical / deep foundation scopes
as a superintendent or equivalent leadership roles
Proven experience leading field crews and managing self-perform operations
Strong understanding of production tracking, equipment, and field logistics
Ability to read and interpret geotechnical reports, drawings, and specifications
Strong problem-solving ability in complex ground conditions
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
