Join the KOMPAN North America team as a
Marketing Coordinator
and take an active role in bringing outdoor play and fitness spaces to communities across the country.
In this position, you will support a high‑energy sales organization by coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen regional visibility, accelerate lead generation, and empower our field sales teams.
You will serve as a central connector between sales, marketing, and logistics—ensuring that brand assets, promotional materials, and product resources are delivered accurately, on time, and fully aligned with KOMPAN’s brand standards. Working closely with the Event and Sales Enablement Lead, a significant portion of your work will focus on field‑driven marketing activities, including planning and supporting regional trade shows, local events, sales presentations, and community‑based outreach efforts that showcase KOMPAN’s solutions.

Who We Are For more than 50 years, KOMPAN has researched, designed, and built inventive and imaginative commercial playground equipment and outdoor fitness sites that captivate all ages and abilities.
In collaboration with our global headquarters in Denmark, KOMPAN designs, manufactures, and installs more than 1,000 sites a month across more than 90 different countries. Our North American headquarters, located in Austin, Texas, supports field sales around the U.S. and Canada.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with field sales teams to define objectives and success metrics for trade shows and events
Coordinate and update trade show calendars, timelines, attendance, leads, cost, and event documentation, including post-show follow-up activities
Coordinate all trade show materials with sales and logistics teams, including booth assets, product samples, branded giveaways, and marketing collateral
Partner with the marketing team to align trade show presence with broader campaigns and promotional priorities
Manage inventory, storage, and replenishment of trade show and branded materials
Assist Event & Sales Enablement Lead, KOMPAN Play Institute Manager, and Marketing team with other coordination tasks as needed
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, or events
Copywriting and proofreading skills for event descriptions, emails, and promotional materials, with the ability to maintain brand consistency
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with preference for CRM familiarity, event platforms (Cvent, ExpoFP, Eventbrite), Canva, project management tools (Asana, Monday.com)
Exceptional communication and ability to negotiate with vendors
Experience with shipping logistics a plus
