
Brand Copywriter - Skincare Storyteller

The Copywriting Specialist is responsible for developing clear, compelling, and on-brand copy that supports the company’s 360° marketing strategy and drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across all channels. This role plays a critical part in shaping and evolving the brand voice through strategic storytelling, persuasive messaging, and thoughtful execution across packaging, digital platforms, social media, email, print, and internal communications.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled marketing writer and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, brings strong attention to detail, and can seamlessly adapt messaging for multiple audiences including internal teams, trade partners, and end consumers.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop and execute high-quality copy across all marketing touchpoints, including website, packaging, email campaigns, social media, digital and print advertising, sales collateral, and internal materials. Thoroughly research products, audiences, competitive landscape, and applicable regulatory requirements to ensure all messaging is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. Maintain and consistently apply the brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines across all channels and initiatives. Concept, write, edit, and proofread copy ranging from short-form headlines and ad copy to long-form content such as product manuals, brand narratives, and campaign messaging. Adapt messaging for different audiences and channels, including B2B, B2C, internal communications, and trade marketing needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, regulatory, sales, education, and creative teams to understand objectives, define messaging goals, and manage approvals. Manage multiple copy projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy. Organize and track copy development workflows, project timelines, and status updates to support efficient execution. Stay up to date on industry, consumer, and content trends to inform messaging strategies and elevate brand relevance. Support campaign planning and execution by contributing strategic copy ideas that help differentiate the brand in a competitive marketplace. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within marketing or brand-driven environments. Demonstrated portfolio of writing samples from campaigns, product launches, or marketing initiatives. Exceptional written, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, high volumes of work, and tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong research skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, persuasive messaging. Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively and work respectfully across teams and leadership levels. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and process oriented. Preferred
Experience in the skincare, beauty, wellness, or adjacent consumer packaged goods industries. Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven marketing environments. Working conditions
Fast paced, high energy collaborative environment Fulltime, on‑site position based in the office, Lantana, Florida. Monday through Friday. Standard business hours, with occasional flexibility required to meet deadlines or support time‑sensitive projects. Fast‑paced, collaborative environment involving regular interaction with marketing, design, product, and leadership teams. Work involves managing multiple assignments simultaneously and adapting to shifting priorities. Access to typical office equipment, including computers, printers, and collaborative tools. Occasional participation in brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and creative reviews. May require occasional extended hours during major campaigns, product launches, or peak workload periods. Physical requirements
Work is performed in a standard office environment with consistent indoor temperatures. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk using a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, editing, and reviewing written materials. Occasional standing, walking, or moving between departments for meetings or collaboration. Ability to lift or carry light office items (typically up to 10–15 lbs), such as laptops, documents, or marketing materials. Regular visual focus on digital screens and printed materials.
