About The Role This leadership role oversees all Children’s Services Council (CSC) programs, including After School, Summer Camp, and other out-of-school activities. You’ll ensure quality programming, manage staff, maintain compliance, and collaborate with families and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage youth programs (After School, Out of School Breaks, Summer Camp)
Hire, train, and supervise program staff
Develop engaging, age-appropriate curriculums
Track program data and outcomes in CSC SAMIS
Represent ARC at IEP and support plan meetings
Provide direct care as needed
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
2+ years’ experience managing youth or special needs programs
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of developmental disabilities and behavior management
Valid FL driver’s license and Level II background screening
