At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and a strong ability to connect business strategy with scalable, well-designed solutions. This person will collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels and work in tight partnership with other Salesforce team members to ensure cohesive, high‑quality solution design and execution. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language, explain solution options and trade‑offs, and guide teams toward decisions that support both immediate needs and long‑term business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, territories, and sharing rules.
Handle daily support requests and troubleshooting, resolving user issues quickly and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Build, optimize, and maintain declarative functionality and automation including, but not limited to, page layouts/lightning record pages, validation rules, record types, reports & dashboards and Flows.
Data management including data import/export, data quality improvement, deduplication, and data security practices.
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
Collaborate with senior team members to ensure alignment on solution design and long‑term platform strategy.
Create functional and technical documentation.
Monitor and improve user adoption.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other solutions.
A proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
Excellent relationship‑building skills.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to create functional and technical documentation.
Available and responsive to questions.
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Field Service.
Experience with software development and deployment tools such as ADO and Gearset.
Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge.
