
CRE Investment Analyst/ Senior Analyst (Equity)

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-capitalized, vertically integrated commercial real estate owner-operator for an Investment Analyst / Associate to join its Equity Investments team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong analytical professional looking to deepen exposure to institutional-quality acquisitions, development underwriting, and ownership-side asset management.
Role Highlights

Responsibilities
Underwrite acquisition and development opportunities, including detailed cash flow modeling and valuation analysis
Prepare investment memoranda and supporting materials for internal investment committee review
Conduct market research to support underwriting assumptions and identify emerging opportunities
Maintain internal databases of market data, sales comps, and lease comparables
Support transaction due diligence and closing processes for acquisitions and dispositions
Assist with ongoing asset management analysis, including quarterly valuation updates
Collaborate with asset management, leasing, property management, and accounting teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline
1+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales, equity, or principal-side roles
Strong proficiency in Excel and Argus
Solid understanding of underwriting, valuation, and deal mechanics
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Clear communicator with interest in ownership-side investing
