LHH is partnering with a well‑capitalized, institutional PE real estate investment firm to add an
Analyst / Senior Analyst
to their growing investment team in Atlanta.
This is a highly visible opportunity to gain exposure across the full lifecycle of transactions, working directly with senior investment professionals on both
debt and equity investments across the capital stack .
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support underwriting and evaluation of new investment opportunities (debt & equity)
Build and analyze property‑level cash flow models (Excel / Argus)
Analyze financials, rent rolls, leases, and borrower/partner credit profiles
Assist in preparation of investment committee materials (memos, presentations)
Participate in due diligence, deal execution, and closing processes
Engage in asset management across the lifecycle of investments
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout transactions
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in commercial real estate (investments, lending, or related)
Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
Exposure to Argus and CRE data platforms (CoStar, RCA, Trepp, etc.) preferred
Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital markets
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset
Strong communication and presentation skills
