Our client, an UHNW individual is looking for an Estate Manager to oversee the operations of multiple properties, staff, and vendors to ensure residence runs smoothly, securely, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise household staff and contractors

Oversee daily operations across multiple properties

Manage budgets, schedules, and reporting

Coordinate property upkeep, maintenance, and vendor services

Prepare properties for guests, events, and special occasions

Ensure safety, security, and confidentiality at all times

Serve as the main liaison between principals, staff, and service providers

Support special projects and assist with hospitality needs

Requirements:

Proven experience in estate or operations management

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Competencies: teamwork, planning/organizing, attention to detail, dependability, and customer service orientation

Physical Demands: ability to be on feet for extended periods, perform hands-on tasks, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
