Our client is seeking an Estate Manager to support an UHNW principal and oversee a significant residential property. This will be a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role for someone who brings a refined approach to estate operations and an exceptional standard of service. The Estate Manager will oversee all aspects of property management, including vendor relations, maintenance, projects, and day‑to‑day operations. A deep network of trusted vendors and a proven ability to manage high‑level service standards are essential. We are seeking candidates with extensive experience supporting UHNW households, a proactive and detail‑oriented mindset, and a track record of overseeing sophisticated estates. This individual should be polished, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs while maintaining absolute confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the overall management of private residences, ensuring each property operates efficiently and is consistently well‑maintained

Perform routine walk‑throughs to identify and address maintenance needs, coordinating solutions across core home systems and infrastructure

Prepare homes in advance of occupancy, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience upon arrival

Maintain a consistently high standard of presentation

Liaise with a range of external service providers, coordinating ongoing services

Keep thorough records related to property care, vendor activity, and service timelines

Support and monitor improvement projects, working alongside third‑party professionals to ensure work is completed to expectation

Act as a central point of coordination across properties, ensuring nothing is overlooked and operations run seamlessly

Qualifications

Several years of experience managing private residences or high‑end properties in a similar capacity

Strong organizational skills with an ability to build and maintain effective systems and processes

Ability to manage external partners and maintain productive working relationships

Self‑directed and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving

Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and sound judgment

Prior experience in high‑touch, service‑oriented environments preferred
