Property Manager to $115K - Oversee a Luxury Estate with Full Benefits!
Our client, a private household, is seeking a hands‑on Property Manager to ensure smooth operations and upkeep of their luxury estate. In this role, you'll manage vendors, oversee maintenance projects, and maintain household systems while ensuring the property remains in pristine condition. The ideal candidate brings experience managing large homes or estates and thrives in a detail‑oriented environment.
Base Pay Range:
$80,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Coordinate seasonal and annual maintenance; manage outside vendors and service providers for landscaping, pool care, and household systems; oversee property upkeep including exterior cleaning and minor repairs.
Maintain household inventories and supply levels; handle errands and occasional travel to Boston; and ensure smooth daily operations across all buildings and vehicles.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property or estate management.
Hands‑on background in construction or maintenance.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication abilities with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Flexibility and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
