Position Overview NRI Staffing is seeking an experienced Residential Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10–12 luxury, high-rise residential properties in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for full operational oversight, financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and team management across multiple buildings.
This is a high-impact role ideal for a property management professional with strong leadership skills, experience in luxury assets, and the ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of 10-12 luxury, high-rise residential properties
Manage on-site property teams, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff
Ensure properties are maintained to high standards consistent with luxury living environments
Monitor property performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control across the portfolio
Utilize Yardi for property management, reporting, and financial tracking
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and lease agreements
Handle escalated resident issues and provide high-level customer service
Coordinate capital improvements, renovations, and vendor relationships
Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews
Qualifications
5+ years of residential property management experience, including portfolio oversight
Experience managing luxury and high-rise residential properties required
Strong proficiency with Yardi required
Proven experience managing budgets, financials, and reporting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
