IFP Automation is seeking a Sales Engineer focused on new account acquisition and gross margin growth within an assigned territory. This is a performance-driven role for a true hunter who wants to build a territory, win new business, and be directly rewarded for results. Develop and win new customer accounts Build your own target account list by analyzing the territory and using available tools and market information to identify high-potential opportunities Drive gross margin growth within territory Generate new business and profitable growth in key strategic areas, including: Electromechanical Motion & Control Pneumatics Automation Products Mechanical & Electrical Systems and Engineered Solutions IFP Core Products Partner with engineering and operations to deliver complete customer solutions Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities Compensation

Proven success developing new business Proven ability to take market share from competitors while selling premium priced products Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship building skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable Technical or industrial sales experience required, preferably in direct customer sales Why IFP
