Construction Superintendent (Commercial Projects) We’re hiring a
Construction Superintendent
to oversee daily job site operations and keep projects on track, on budget, and built safely.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day job site activities and subcontractors
Ensure work meets plans, schedule, and budget
Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and testing
Track progress and update schedules
Run weekly subcontractor meetings
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Enforce OSHA safety standards
Support project closeout (punch lists, final inspections)
Requirements
7+ years of construction experience
Superintendent experience with a general contractor preferred
Commercial or site development experience
Ability to read blueprints and manage job site operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
