Responsibilities
Lead end to end project and campaign management across marketing, engineering, design, and product teams.
Serve as the central point of contact to ensure clear communication and alignment across cross functional stakeholders.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
Translate business and marketing objectives into structured project plans and clear technical requirements.
Drive launch coordination and ensure teams are aligned on scope, resources, and key milestones.
Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable marketing technology solutions.
Assess project impact, identify risks early, and proactively resolve blockers.
Provide executive ready status updates on schedules, budgets, and overall outcomes.
Leverage project management tools to maintain visibility, accountability, and operational clarity across teams.
Requirements
5 to 7 plus years of project management experience, agency or brand side experience preferred. Up to 10 years considered.
Proven experience leading cross functional initiatives involving engineering and creative or design teams.
Strong background in end to end campaign or product launch management.
Demonstrated experience managing schedules, scope, budgets, and risk across complex initiatives.
PMP or other project management certification preferred.
Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical and non technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with digital marketing environments and technology driven campaigns.
